Joel Hill comes to you to take away your PC problems. Whatever issues you have, he will visit you at your home or workplace to address them.

Problems which are time consuming to fix can be packed up and brought to Joel's fully equipped and secure workshop - so you don't have to sit around and wait for the job to be completed. Pick up and drop off are FREE of charge so regardless of whether your PC is being fixed onsite or in the workshop, you pay the same rates!

Joel has been local to the Northern Beaches and the North Shore his entire life, and took an interest in computers from the age of six, when he hassled his parents for his first video game from the Lucky book club.

Since then, he has taken it upon himself to explore the intricacies of computers. Putting aside the video games, and looking more toward the inner working of computers, this has been a passion for many years.

After leaving school, he went into TAFE to study computers further, and looking for work, he was employed by some ‘local’ computer firms. After strong ethical disagreements with the way things were run, Joel decided that there is a better way – and went about making it a reality.

Seven years later, Joel has established a large and wide client base with a varying range of customers that have enjoyed an honest and reliable service, knowing that all work is performed with an intimate knowledge of what is truly practical. Not the latest thing, the most practical thing!
